Mutton still hard to source, ABC Rural Country Hour

Australian mutton is at record prices this year, reaching 515 cents per kilo around the country.

But despite the steady price rise, consumer demand for the meat remains low.

I went on my own mutton search around Melbourne and found one place that’s trying to reinvent the less popular meat.
